We accept credit cards, Visa and Mastercards.  We utilise the services of MonsterPay to facilitate money transfers.  We DO NOT recommend you use postal orders due to the high incidence of mail theft and fraud.  Regretfully, we cannot accept cheques under any circumstances, again, due to the high incidence of fraud.  Alternatively you may click on the section relative to paying by electronic cash transfer when making your purchase.  Please review the section relative to Shopping Options.

Parcels are confidentially wrapped in bubble wrap and in some cases brown paper as well.  The parcel will reach you inside a sealed courier bag and confidentiality will be maintained on the courier bag.  No information will be printed anywhere that may compromise you in any way, and your parcel will look anonymous.  Please click here to read through our shipping information.

Most certainly, we will make every effort to source your product for you.  In most cases, we are successful.  We have good relationships with a variety of suppliers, here in South Africa, and overseas.  Just remember to be as specific as possible about the item you are seeking and we will respond, and keep you informed as quickly as possible as to its availablity etc.  Please email us on admin@sapleasure.co.za for your quick reply.

Notwithstanding things like power blackouts, we will respond to orders / enquiries within a few hours, maximum 24 hours turnaround time. You will receive a comprehensive informative reply.  For parcel deliveries there is a 24hr - 48 hr delivery period and you will receive the weighbill tracking number, to enable you to track your own parcel should you require.

We will ensure that you receive, exactly the product that you have ordered, in excellent condition.  Please understand that these products are very personal.
